Beijing Haidian Joint Venture Registration: is a business arrangement in which the Chinese and foreign joint ventures make joint investment and operate in China in accordance with the provisions of Chinese laws and share the profits, risks and losses in proportion to the investment.

Joint Venture Registration: is also called Beijing Joint Venture setup, Beijing Joint Venture formation, Beijing Joint Venture incorporation and Beijing Joint Venture establishment.

Joint Venture Registration:

1.Full set of notarization and certification of overseas company materials; (including but not limited to the certificate of legal opening, the resolution of the board of directors and the certificate of authorized signatory);

2.Shareholder's company seal (for use with application documents)
3.To determine the name of the Beijing China-foreign joint venture company
4.To determine the registered capital and business scope of the Beijing - foreign joint venture company
5.A identification card copy of the list of board members or executive directors and members or supervisors of the board and their identification documents
6.The mobile phone number, landline and E-mail of the legal representative are required
7.1 original of the formal lease contract of the office, a copy of the property ownership certificate and the residence certificate. At the same time, the owner of the property needs the industrial and commercial address system to upload the information of the company to be registered. (requirements in the lease contract: the lease shall be rented in the name of one of the shareholders or the legal representative or in the name of an overseas company for a term of more than one year and for office or commercial purposes.)

C) Official seal, contract seal, special financial seal and special invoice seal;
D) Record in the bureau of commerce of foreign-invested enterprises;

Follow-up service:
A. The capital verification report;
B. Bookkeeping and tax declaration: declare tax to the state and local tax in the month when the tax registration certificate is issued;
C. Audit: the wholly foreign owned company shall conduct an audit once a year.
D. Annual inspection: the wholly foreign owned enterprise must go through the formalities of annual inspection and approval from March 1 to June 31 of each year
